Chef Marco Dazzan is Melbourne’s private Italian chef, with three decades of tradition, formal hospitality training, and uncompromising quality behind every dish. Born in northeastern Italy, his craft was shaped in his family’s kitchen by his nonna’s recipes and a deep bond with the land.
